TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF “PEERS BOWLING TOURNAMENT”

1. “PEERS BOWLING TOURNAMENT” is open to all PE staff.
2. The tournament will be held on 15th November 2009 at Ampang Super Bowl @ Flamingo. The games will start at 10 AM sharp. Late comers will be disqualified from entering the games.
3. Each team must have four (4) players. The maximum number of teams allowed to register is 19. First come first serve basis rule will be applied.
4. Registration of teams will close one (1) week before the tournament date, or when the quota is full, whichever is earlier
5. Registration forms must be submitted not later than 7 November 2009.
6. You are given the opportunity to choose and select your own team members. All teams must have a team name and a team leader must be selected.
7. The winners will be determined based on the highest total aggregate pin falls from 2 games.
8. The judges’ decision is final and any appeals will not be entertained.
9. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, as and when required.
