Howdy folks!
PEERS Bowling Tournament held on November 15th at Flamingo, Ampang Superbowl was a blast. The event started at 10.00 a.m, with a food spread of sandwiches, watermelons and karipaps for breakfast. A total of 20 teams of four participated from across the division, including two management teams, aptly named The Power Rangers and Chap Ikan Mas.
With family members and friends around, the hall was filled with cheers and catching up to do. It took 2 hours for the two rounds of game to be completed. The event was concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, as Hj. Zamanuri Ibrahim handed the trophies to the top 3 teams. The winner was 1Ptech with 1160 points. The first and second runner-ups went to Jutawan Junior (1109 points) and The Power Rangers (1089 points), respectively.
The Best Male Bowler went to M Zulhairi M Nadzri from 1PTech (341 points), while Siti Norliza Bahari (224 points) from Last But Not Least grabbed the Best Female Bowler for the day.
There were also special prizes of wooden spoons and trophies given to bowlers with the least point. The honor went to Sulaiman Sidek from Apa-Apa Jelah (128 points) and Nor Hafizah Ibrahim from Last But Not Least (126 points)
We hope that ALL participants had had a good game while making up for lost time with friends and colleagues. See you again next year!
